Distance Appraisals

In 2020 June Hayes and Associates set a high standard for conducting COVID-safe services. To best serve our clients, we continue offer the option of “distance appraisals.”

June Hayes’s training with the Foundation for Appraisal Education (FAE), International Society of Appraisers (ISA), and National Appraisal Consultants has qualified her to provide accredited online appraisals from photographs and other documentation. Distance appraisals are prepared to our typical high standards, and they will be accepted by courts and attorneys. Virtual appraisals can be prepared in sufficient detail for most Federal functions.
